2019 College Basketball Rankings: Week 4
Here at the ICT Zone our rankings are molded after Ric Flair's famous quote, "to be the man, you gotta beat the man." The week's ranking are based solely on the week's results so if a lower ranked team defeats a higher ranked team, the two teams automatically swap rankings.

Another week, another new top dawg in the country. SMU is now the best team in the country after defeating Evansville by two points. Who knows where things we end up by the end of the season. The other changes were Baylor to 18, Florida to 19, and Georgetown to 23. Next week will promises to be full of upsets.
This week saw the majority of teams taking part in mini tournaments all over the continent. It will be interesting to see how tournament results continue to shake up the top 25. For now, there are a few things knocking on the top 25 that could lock up a top 25 spot for their conference by the time conference season roles around.
